Mt. Kongo Hiking & Hot Springs Tour　金剛山ハイキング＆温泉ツアー

Hike up Mount Kongō (1,125m), the most popular mountain in the Kansai region.
We'll ascend via the Chihaya Main Route, considered the most beginner-friendly.
On the way back, we'll descend via Fushimi Pass and stop at a hot spring.
We'll arrive at the hot spring early, so you can relax for 2-3 hours.
Friendly people are always welcome!

【Itinerary】
8:00 Meet near the Seven Bank ATM at the West Exit of JR Shin-Imamiya Station on the 3rd floor (connecting ticket gate with Nankai Railway)
8:12 Departure of express train bound for Rinkan Denentoshi *540 yen
8:42 Arrive at Kawachinagano Station, stop at a convenience store in front of the ticket gate (5 minutes)
8:55 Departure from Nankai Bus *500 yen
9:23 Arrive at Kongo trailhead, stop at a restroom & tofu shop.
9:45 Start hiking. Take the Chihaya Hondo route.
11:45 Arrive at the summit for lunch. There is a store, cafeteria, and restrooms nearby.
12:45 Kongo Katsuragi Shrine
13:10 Observation platform, picnic area, Chihaya Star and Nature Museum
13:40 Start descending from Fushimi Pass
15:30 Fushimi-yama Bodai-ji Temple ※Rest stop
16:05 Arrive at Kamokimi no Yu bus stop.
16:10 Kamokimi no Yu (hot spring) *700 yen for a bath
17:29 Nara Kotsu Bus departs *460 yen
17:54 Train departs from Kintetsu Gosho Station, transfer to express train at Shakudo Station *760 yen
18:44 Arrive at Osaka Abenobashi Station (Tennoji Station) and disband

Older participants and those who are not confident in their physical strength should refrain from participating or consult with us beforehand, as it may cause accidents or problems.
The organizer will not be held responsible for any accidents or theft on the day of the event, or if the content of the event is not what you expected, etc. The participation fee and transportation fee will not be refunded.
Photos will be taken at various locations on the day of the event for promotional purposes.
Photos will be sent to participants on line at a later date.
(If you are not good at taking pictures, please refrain from participating in the event to prevent problems.)

【Additional information on the itinerary】
You can join us at Kawachinagano Station.
You do not need to contact us in advance.
We will meet in front of 7-Eleven in front of the ticket gate（Nankai Railway） by 8:45.
If there are any train delays, we will let you know in the comments section.
We will not be able to respond to individual messages.
Under no circumstances will we be able to meet at any other location.
Lunch and beverages can be purchased at the summit store, but please prepare them in advance.
The route is suitable for beginners, as it is a standard elementary school field trip route, but it requires stamina as there are long log stairways leading up to the summit.

【About the hot springs】
Tattoos are not allowed, but if they can be covered up with tattoo stickers, etc., they are permitted.
If you cannot enter the hot springs or have other business to attend to, you may go home first.
The itinerary lists bathing time as approximately 70 to 80 minutes, but you may leave whenever you like.
Meals and karaoke are also available (karaoke is 500 yen per hour).
Bus times from the hot spring to Kintetsu Gosho Station are as follows.
16:32, 17:29, 18:29, 19:36 (last bus)

【Participation fee】
600 yen (Cash, same-day payment)
Transportation, food, drink, and bath fees are to be paid by participants.

【Meeting time and place】
8:00
West Exit of JR Shin-Imamiya Station on the 3rd floor near the Seven Bank ATM.
*We will have a signboard “KOGE meetup” to mark the meeting.
*The meeting place is outside the ticket gates, so it is not possible to meet inside the ticket gates.
For Nankai Railway, it is the East Exit ticket gate on the 4th floor.

関西で人気ナンバー１の金剛山（標高１１２５m）へのハイキングです。
最も初心者向きと言われている千早本道ルートで登ります。
帰りは伏見峠から下山し、温泉にも立ち寄ります。
温泉には早めに行きますので、２～３時間、ゆっくりしてもOK。

【行程】
８時００分　JR新今宮駅３階西口改札（南海電鉄との連絡改札）セブン銀行ATM付近集合
８時１２分　林間田園都市行き急行電車出発　※５４０円
８時４２分　河内長野駅に到着、改札の前のコンビニに寄ります（５分間）
８時５５分　南海バス出発　※５００円
９時２３分　金剛登山口に到着、トイレ＆豆腐屋さんに寄ります
９時４５分　ハイキング開始。千早本道ルートを登ります
１１時４５分　山頂に到着、昼食。近くに売店、食堂、トイレがあります
１２時４５分　金剛山葛木神社
１３時１０分　展望台、ピクニック広場、ちはや星と自然のミュージアム
１３時４０分　伏見峠より下山開始
１５時３０分　伏見山 菩提寺　※休憩
１６時０５分　かもきみの湯のバス停に到着、先に帰る人は解散
１６時１０分　かもきみの湯　※入浴料７００円
１７時２９分　奈良交通バス出発　※４６０円
１７時５４分　近鉄御所駅より電車が出発、尺土駅で急行に乗り換え　※７６０円
１８時４４分　大阪阿部野橋駅（天王寺駅）に到着、解散

【確認事項】
記載時間は目安です。
内容、行き先を一部変更する場合があります。
マルチ商法（ネットワークビジネス）関係者は参加不可。
高齢の方や、体力に自信の無い方は事故やトラブルの元になりますので、参加を控えるか、予めご相談下さい。
当日の事故や盗難、期待していた内容ではなかった等、いかなる場合でも主催者は責任を取りませんし、参加費や交通費の返金はありません。
当日、宣伝用に各所にて写真を撮ります。
写真は後日、参加者にラインで送ります。
（極端に写真が苦手な方はトラブル防止の為、参加をご遠慮下さい。）

【行程の補足】
河内長野駅での合流もOK。事前メッセージは不要です。
８時４５分に改札前（南海電鉄）のセブンイレブンの前で合流となります。
もし電車の遅延などがあればコメント欄にてお知らせします。
個別メッセージへの対応は出来ません。
いかなる場合でも、それ以外の場所では合流不可です。
昼食や飲料は山頂の売店でも買えますが、事前にご用意下さい。
小学校の遠足でも定番の初心者向けのルートですが、長い丸太階段が続きますので、体力は必要です。

【温泉について】
タトゥーは不可ですが、タトゥー隠しのシール等で隠せるなら、OKとのことです。
温泉に入れない場合や、用事がある方は先に帰っても構いません。
行程表では、入浴時間は７０分〜８０分程ですが、好きなタイミングで帰って構いません。
食事やカラオケも出来ます。（カラオケは１時間５００円）
温泉から近鉄御所駅行きのバスの時間は以下の通りです。
１６時３２分、１７時２９分、１８時２９分、１９時３６分（最終バス）

６００円（現金、当日払い）
交通費、飲食費、入浴料等は自己負担です。
