Who is Donna Hetrick?
Donna is a certified clinical nutritionist, fitness trainer and blood chemistry analyst specializing in whole-food, foundational nutrition, metabolic health and evidence based anti-aging strategies. For more than 30 years she has taught clients how to eat in a way that "loves them back" and how to build a personalized blueprint for healthy aging. Her philosophy is simple: there's no perfect diet or wellness plan -- only the one that's right for you! Beyond her work, Donna is married to her best friend of nearly 44 years, has three amazing children ages 32, 36 & 39 and five equally amazing grandchildren -- all under the age of 4!!
