We're a community learning to be happier and more at our best. Yoga, meditation and other mindfulness activities help with this. Making good friends with good people helps too 😊
We have classes and discussions on Yoga, Meditation, Mindfulness, mindful nutrition, reconnecting with nature, and ourselves. Let’s keep them fun and interesting. We can talk, share meals, drink tea. We laugh. We make friends with each other and with ourselves. Come and join us!
There will also be classes in traditional locations, retreats around Kansai, and some outdoor get-togethers.
The yoga and meditation is suitable for everyone, beginners and experienced yogis alike.
Everyone is welcome.
日本語も話せるけどそこまで丁寧じゃないから、先に謝ります😅クラスは基本的に英語で教えるんだけど日本語も対応できる👍✨
みんながお互いにも、自分の中でも仲良くなるようにヨガと瞑想以外にもお茶や食事でも一緒にする機会もするから、英語話せなくても、ぜひ参加して下さい。
