Sunset - Beach Mindfulness and New Moon Intention Setting ($9.99 min)

ABOUT THE MINDFULNESS SESSION: With our bare feet on the earth, I guide us in a variety of mindfulness and somatic practices that include breathing, stretching, Qi Gong moves and flows. A portion of our practices will be done with our feet in the ocean to cleanse, clear and purify our energy system. We will end the evening with a Libra New Moon Intention Setting practice. For those who have not received a "Wish Fulfillment Card" from my Bodhisattva yet and would like one, we will incorporate these wish cards during our intention setting practice.

Enjoying these practices in nature, with our bare feet on the earth, allows us to receive healing, loving, light energy from Mother Earth, Father Sun and the Ocean.

Strands Beach is South of the Ritz Carlton Laguna Niguel Hotel.
TIMELINE:

• 4:55pm - Park and Meet near the restrooms by the staircase and cable car/gondola that goes down to the beach
• 5:00pm - Walk down to the beach
• 5:15pm - Mindfulness journey begins
• 6:10pm - Sunset time
• 6:15pm - Session Ends
• 6:30pm - Approximate return time to parking lot

PLEASE NOTE: We start promptly at 5:00pm. If you show up past 5:00pm, catch up with us by walking down to the beach and turning right once you reach the sand. You will see us gathered in a group.

PLEASE BRING: Water and an intention for the Libra New Moon.

PLEASE NOTE: Be prepared to get your feet sandy and wet, since we will do some Qi Gong practices with our feet in the ocean.

RESTROOMS: There are restrooms in the parking lot and some restrooms along the beach as well.
