### What Weโll Be Doing
Weโll explore simple, practical ways to clarify, explore, and reframe problems - using an accessible, structured framework as our guide and working through a case study to get practice.
Here's what to expect. You will be :
- Collaborating in fixed small groups from start to finish
- Applying each step to a shared fictional case study
- Iteratively building a shared understanding of the problem using tools like 5-Whys , Empathy Maps and How Might We questions
By the end, youโll have a before/after problem statement and a completed problem framing template that tells the story of your thinking.
