Whether you're a local, an expat, or an international friend looking for a peaceful moment, surrounded by like-minded people, whether just to try meditation or strengthen your practice, this group is for you. Let's help each other to find calmness, growth, inner peace and mindfulness through meditating together (maybe also through breathwork). First meeting coming soon.

In the middle of the week, take a pause â for your body, mind, and heart. We live in a world that moves fast, leaving our bodies tense and our minds heavy. This session is about slowing down, gently stretching deep into your muscles, feeling that sweet release that brings back peace and energy and reconnect with a cup of chai and relaxed conversation.
What to expect:
- For yoga no experience needed â just come as you are.
- We'll finish with breathing exercise to calm the mind.
- After yoga we will provide a cup of masala chai.
- Real conversations â because when you feel light and free, connection flows naturally.
Who itâs for:
Whether you're new to Lille or have been here a while â if your bodyâs been asking for a break, or simply want to move, breathe, and connect - this space is for you.
