Class description: Vinyasa. LX Portal’s signature flow where everyone's welcome - from the adventurous beginner looking for a workout to the advanced student wanting a balanced practice. The teacher offers variations that enable you to practice at your own level while keeping up with the flow. 60 min.

Additional info:
Arrival time is 15 minutes before class. Check in closes 2 minutes prior to the start of class. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to stretch and move freely. We have a bathroom and a changing room available. Mats are provided free of charge. All classes are taught in English.
