You will gather as a group of courageous women guided by a professional coach as we share life experiences, learn twelve important life skills, and gain greater wisdom and knowledge that will enhance the quality of our health and well-being so we can live an intentional life that is meaningful, purposeful, and balanced.
Each of the women's group coaching sessions will emphasize greater awareness in your life (physical, mental and emotional) as you discover when your ideal self (the one you show to the world) is out of alignment with your true courageous self (willing to face uncertainty, risk and emotional exposure) and learn to take courageous action going forward.

This empowering coaching session is crafted for women aiming to strengthen relational harmony by constructively resolving personal differences—whether in friendships, family, work, or partnerships. Through structured dialogue, emotional intelligence tools, and collective wisdom, participants will learn to bridge divides with both empathy and assertiveness.

Women often navigate complex emotional dynamics in their relationships. A dedicated, empathetic peer space helps normalize challenges, reduce isolation, and equip participants with practical strategies to peel back conflict and foster understanding. Cultivating Safe & Trusting Spaces- Establish ground rules: confidentiality, respect, openness, and “I”‑statements.
Engage in trust-building exercises that encourage honest sharing
Mastering Active Listening and Empathy
- Deepen listening skills to hear both words and emotions.
- Use non-judgmental affirmations to validate experiences .
Fair‑Fighting Frameworks
- Learn structured “fair-fighting” ground rules to ensure clarity and reduce emotional escalation
- Practice rephrasing complaints using “I feel... when...” language
Co-Creation of Solutions
- Shift from adversarial to collaborative mindset using mediation strategies—identifying shared interests and brainstorming options
- Co-create action plans with accountability partners.
Peer Coaching & Reflection
- Practice real-life scenarios in breakout groups using peer coaching methods.
- Role-play “conflict conversations” followed by group feedback and reflection
