The first series will revisit the TWELVE LIFE SKILLS, starting with VALIDATING YOURSELF.
SUMMARY
An immersive women-only coaching session dedicated to learning, nurturing, and practicing self-validation. The focus: anchoring worth within, not seeking it outside. Participants explore familiar practices and strategies designed to reclaim trust in their emotions, thoughts, and choices.
By the end of the session, participants will:
- Have learned concrete ways to validate themselves internally—emotionally, mentally, and behaviorally.
- Recognize and label moments of external validation-seeking vs. self-validation.
- Experience and deepen emotional self-reflection through peer practices.
WHY IT WORKS
Self-validation combats dependency on external praise by cultivating internal trust—key for women socialized to people‑please or down‑play. It nurtures self‑awareness, self‑esteem, and emotional stability
Evidence-based Tools: Techniques like mindfulness, journaling, self-compassion, and reframing negative self-talk have strong psychological grounding in improving emotional resilience and reducing anxiety/depression.
