Join us for a nurturing and empowering women's group session centered around the practice of journaling. This gathering offers a supportive space where women come together to explore their thoughts, emotions, and life experiences through writing.

Whether you're new to journaling or have been writing for years, this session will guide you through thoughtful prompts and reflective exercises designed to foster self-awareness, emotional healing, and personal growth. Together, we'll explore how journaling can help us process challenges, celebrate milestones, and connect more deeply with ourselves and each other.
What to Expect:

  • A welcoming and confidential environment
  • Guided journaling prompts to spark reflection
  • Opportunities to share (optional) and connect with others
  • Gentle discussions around themes like self-care, identity, gratitude, and resilience
  • Light refreshments and calming music to enhance the experience

What to Bring:

  • A journal or notebook
  • A pen or anything you enjoy writing with
  • An open heart and mind

Let this be a time to slow down, breathe, and reconnect—with your story, your strength, and a community of women walking alongside you.
Each session includes handouts, refreshments and venue. Feel free to bring your lunch!
NOTE: The session is on private property and you will be sent the address when you register.
