Autumn Canal Walk To a Pub: Royal Oak to Camden

We will assemble from 1.15pm and leave at 1:30 pm at Royal Oak tube and take the short walk to the canal where we will walk along with the reds and golds of autumn on each side until we reach Camden. This is a 2 hr walk.
For those who want to leave after the walk we will pass Camden tube. For those who want to get in some training for Christmas socials we will go to the excellent Irish pub Sheephaven's Bay in Camden.

No dogs. No children.
We will walk briskly at 3 miles an hour.
This is a social, walking for fitness group for people who want to walk with a friendly small group (about 10 to 20 people) along the river Thames, along the Grand Union Canal and through the London Parks and just enjoy the beautiful city that is London.
The group doesn't accept any liability for injury. You are responsible for yourself so wear the correct clothes and footwear for the weather and walking conditions and make sure you are fit enough to walk.
