Walk & Talk with Ayna in Ealing, Walpole Park

Details
Welcome to Walk & Talk with Ayna in Walpole Park, Ealing.
Mindful Walking for Stress Relief. Walking conversations for clarity, balance, and peace of mind. These walks are for anyone who feels the weight of life’s situations and wants a gentle, supportive space to reflect, release, and restore balance.
This isn’t therapy, and it’s not a casual social stroll either. It’s something in between — a chance to be heard deeply, to untangle what feels confusing, and to discover fresh ways of seeing your challenges.
This is a space for anyone who feels the need to share, reflect, and lighten the weight of life’s situations in a safe, open, and supportive environment.
Walking side by side helps us open up more naturally, and talking with someone who knows how to truly listen can make all the difference.
Together, we’ll walk for about an hour, giving you space to express what’s on your mind, gain new perspectives, and discover YOUR OWN way forward.
Presented by Ayna Utegalieva, a founder of World Women http://www.worldwomen.co.uk/, RISE Center for Mental Health and Wellbeing, author of an upcoming book "The Truth Dust. A.I., Neuralink and Why Psychologist Is the Profession of the Future"
"I am Ayna Utegalieva. My approach is gentle and conversational. I don’t come with ready-made answers, but with attentive listening and thoughtful dialogue, I help you uncover Your Own truths. The method is used during conversations called fact-map analysis, and it helps uncover issues and often resolve them in a short period of time—usually within 2 to 3 hours—instead of spending months and months with specialists".
These are one-to-one walks — private, confidential, and focused entirely on you. They’re about companionship, clarity, and conversation — not therapy.
