Burkhart Trail Maintenance

This is a great opportunity to combine your love of the outdoors with the gratification of making a significant contribution to the environment.

We will be giving this trail some much needed TLC. Main focus will be to clear a large tree blocking the trail. Hike will be about 2 miles round trip with up to 800' gain from the Buckhorn Trailhead. There are also opportunities to do tread work further up the trail.

Pants & long-sleeved shirt, good boots/hiking shoes are required. Hard hat, gloves and safety glasses can be provided. Please be sure to bring plenty of water and your lunch.
