Lucid Online: A group exercise

Good morning, everyone! It's time to practice.
We meet online for a brief meeting, and then each of us will - in our own homes - go back to bed to do a lucid dreaming exercise.
The "Wake Back To Bed" exercise is useful because it takes advantage of the early hours, when the body has rested for several hours already. It is a good time for lucid dreaming.
The meeting will not be very long. It does not have to be: the point is to have a reason to get up and connect with others and fill up with energy and intention before the joint exercise.
This is the first online event of this meetup group, and we will likely experiment a bit with the format going forward. To follow up and discuss the exercise, we can have another similar online meetup one or two weeks later, depending on interest.
(The physical meetings at the Café on the second Saturday of each month will contine as before.)
