FDR State Park..Longleaf Loop

Meet at the FDR Park Visitor Center parking lot off of Highway 190. Hike ~7 miles on the Longleaf Loop trail. Please be ready to roll at start time.

Bring sandwich, snacks, water, poles, (bug spray), sunscreen, hat, etc.
Restrooms at the center; You need a state parking pass; Leashed dogs okay.

Civilian Conservation Corps built the office Stone Building originally called the Roosevelt Inn in the mid 1930. inside behind the checkout desk is a picture on a wall of the inside of the building when it had a dining room on the main floor.
