Céad míle fáilte–a hundred thousand welcomes!
This is group for makers, creators and entrepreneurs looking for a community of likeminded people, whether it's brainstorming new ideas or motivation and accountability to starting or growing businesses. This is the place for bringing ideas to life.
We are working on opening a co-working makerspace in Antioch and future home for this group. Follow to keep up with our public events for a chance to network, learn or other fun things to do in the area.
Makers can expect events ranging from robotics and hardware, cnc machines & 3D printers, graphic design, calligraphy, embroidery, crochet, stained glass, ceramics to business topics like bookkeeping, fundraising, e-commerce or marketing. You might even learn a cúpla focal as Gaeilge (couple of words in Irish)

Covers machine basics & safety plus build and take home demo projects to teach you different build methods. This class is free (or pay what you want to support us) for the pilot funded by a grant from Antioch and in-kind contributions from Pestec & Maker Pub.
