Feeling a bit exhausted post-pride? Come and take a breather with us at our Wellbeing Wednesday afternoon.
We’re opening up the LGBT Foundation to create a soothing environment where you can take time out, recharge, have a brew and enjoy a range of calming activities. Whether you pop in for ten minutes or stay all afternoon, everyone is welcome.
What’s On?
From 2pm–6pm, drop in at any time and take part in a variety of wellness activities, including:
- Crafting
- Lego building
- Coaster making
- Drawing and mindful colouring
- Badge making
- Consuming as much tea, coffee and soft drinks as you can
- Relax in our chill out spaces.
FREE Bookable Wellbeing Sessions
We’re also hosting three free guided sessions throughout the day. Please note these require booking via Eventbrite to secure your space:
Yoga with Rehab Fitness
Sit Down Yoga Session: 2:30pm – 3:15pm
Standing Yoga Sessions: 5:30pm – 6:15pm
All abilities welcome.
Guided Meditation
4:00pm – 4:30pm
