Unwind, release, and reset. This gentle, guided class blends supported stretches, mindful breathwork, and therapeutic touch techniques to melt away tension and restore balance in the body. Perfect for stress relief, recovery, and deep relaxation with no experience needed, just come ready to let go.

This class is open for all levels and limited to 6 students. Each pose is held for 5-8 minutes while the teacher comes around and massages different parts of the body. Class will end with a hot towel foot wrap and scalp massage.
