A series of 8 short guided meditation sessions support you to:
- make time for an evening reset and get back in the flow of wellbeing
- explore different ways to meditate and bring calm to your body and mind
- gather with others to safely develop or reintroduce a meditation practice

You can drop-in to any of these sessions - I simply ask for a small donation of £1 per session which can be sent via PayPal to **paypal.me/meditatingwitholga**. If these short taster sessions work for you, you are welcome to join my longer Sunday morning sessions (which are every three weeks).

This is the last week in the cycle before we start again next week! It will be a metta meditation, a Buddhist practice for cultivating an attitude of loving-kindness
