If you want to find some calm and energy and would like get the support of a meditation group, join us! I am here to make sure some healing time is folded into even the most difficult of days.
I have been practising a wide variety of meditations for over 30 years for my own personal development and anxiety management. This practice has transformed my life, and I love sharing the magic of meditation! I qualified as a teacher through the British School of Meditation and hold meditation sessions in person and online alongside my day job.
I will guide you in a variety of meditations I love to set you off (or set you back on track) with your inner journey of finding calm amongst all you do!
Here's what's on offer:
- I do short free online guided and accesible meditations on Wednesday and Thursday evenings. These sessions are a great place to begin your meditation journey or simply if you want support to start your evening wind down or keep on track with your meditation practice.

- I also do longer in depth meditation afternoons that support areas of personal growth and celebrate the cycles of nature every third Sunday (a small £5 payment is requested).

- Periodically I run 5 week introduction to meditation courses (£30, do get in contact if you are interested in this).
Meditation is safe and effective for most people and is an effective stress management tool. However, if you are under supervision by a mental health team or suffer from any of the following contraindications: Clinical Depression, Bipolar, Epilepsy or Schizophrenia, you should seek the advice of your GP before undertaking a meditation course or session.
