What we’re about
This group is here to make sure some regenerative time is folded into even the most busy of working days, and some healing work is a regular feature of your life. If you would like get the support of a group to develop a meditation practice, join us!
I have been practising a wide variety of meditations for over 30 years for my own personal development and anxiety management. This practice has transformed my life, and I love sharing the magic of meditation! I qualified as a teacher through the British School of Meditation and hold meditation sessions in person and online alongside my work with young people.
I will guide you in a variety of meditations I love to set you off (or set you back on track) with your inner journey of being in your flow, and finding calm, balance, and joy in all you do!
Here's what's on offer:
- I do short free online guided and accesible meditations on Wednesday and Thursday evenings. These sessions are a great place to kickstart a meditation practice, or simply if you want support to find some balance, or keep on track with your meditation practice.
A small donation for these sessions is appreciated (to help cover Meetup organiser/Zoom subscription fees), via PayPal to contact@meditatingwitholga.com
- I also do longer in depth meditation mornings that support areas of personal growth and celebrate the cycles of nature every third Sunday (a small £6 payment is requested).
- If you live near Preston or Chorley, Lancashire, you can attend my Friday night sessions at Dynamic Neuro Physiotherapy Clinic in Euxton.
- Periodically I run 5 week introduction to meditation and introduction into meditative living courses (do get in contact if you are interested in this).
