Raja Yoga Meditation Course – Part 1
Soul & the Divine
As taught by the Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual University (UK)

Raja Yoga is yoga for the mind.
It is a form of meditation that explores the soul and a conscious, personal relationship with the Divine, with practical benefits for everyday life.
The course is taught by experienced teachers of Raja Yoga meditation.
Raja Yoga meditation is always practised with eyes open and does not involve postures or physical techniques. It is a thought-based practice that can be applied in daily life and develops with regular practice.
You will learn how to:
· practise Raja Yoga meditation with eyes open
· understand the soul and the nature of consciousness
· connect with the Divine as a source of peace and inner strength
· apply spiritual qualities in everyday life and relationships
Guidance is provided for practising at home.

You are welcome to attend the course more than once — refresher sessions are encouraged.
