What we’re about
This is a non sectarian group for meditation without any goals or agenda. We will not discuss spiritual concepts or other ideas/goals.
This is not about liberation, salvation or awakening. This is not about stress relief, peace of mind or improving your life.
We will simply sit in mediation for the sake of meditating - listening to the clamor or calm of our minds. There will be two meditations for 25 minutes each, interspersed by a 5 minute walking meditation. There will, however, be a 5 minute introduction to maintaining posture and breath watching for beginners.
This will be a fortnightly meet-up.
