"When we have a solid relationship with ourselves, we can confidently go after the life we desire. The opinions, and judgments of other people become irrelevant. Life opens up in ways we haven't even imagined possible. New people and opportunities present themselves. Magic unfolds."
CYWY events are free and accessible via Zoom. Opportunities include yoga, Intentional Living Circles, Empowered Living Chats, a book study, a Relationship Support Group, and a "Good" Grief Support Group.
CYWY also has many recorded events that you can view on Connecting You with Your Self - YouTube
CYWY has two Facebook groups

"The most important relationship you will ever have is with yourself. All other relationships will be reflected by it. You can't have a healthy relationship with anyone else until you have a successful relationship with yourself."
See you on Zoom!

Topic: Working With Triggers Through Object Relations
Object Relations helps us see how present triggers connect to past stories. Reflect on recent examples that activated us and learn practical tools for working with future triggers. (Second in a two-part series on Object Relations, come to either or both.)
As infants, we needed others in our lives to keep us safe and give us care and belonging. We learned ways to relate to others in order to get our needs met. The experiences and patterns of relating continue to shape our experiences in adulthood. Object Relations offers us a framework for working with and understanding these patterns.
When something triggers us, it often points to earlier events or long-held stories about who we are and how others will treat us. Together, we explore how our personal Object Relations history shapes the way we interpret the “other” and how these interpretations color our reactions.
Last week, we looked at how this can play out in the Enneagram Object Relation triads and tendencies in type patterns. This week, we will look at real examples, which can be more complex and messier. What story was brought up when you were triggered, and how did it play out? Leave with practical tools you can use with future triggering events to bring more clarity and choice.
This is the first in a two-part series on Object Relations. Each workshop stands on its own, and you do not need to attend both.

The Breath That Knows
A Harmonic Breath Series for Nervous System Coherence
Description:
Step into a field of resonance where your body remembers what the mind cannot explain.
“The Breath That Knows” is an ongoing energy alignment series dedicated to helping you develop embodied coherence through guided breath, subtle awareness, and energetic stabilization. Each session invites your nervous system to harmonize with what is already true—beneath tension, beyond thought.
What to Expect:
- Gentle group attunement through harmonic-informed breath
- Nervous system recalibration without force
- Deep stillness, presence, and body-centered insight
- Space to reflect and integrate in a supportive field
This isn’t performance or breathwork as exertion—this is energetic listening through breath, revealing the intelligence already within you.
No prior experience required. Just bring yourself and your breath.
Hosted in an intimate, grounded setting.
You’ll leave each session clearer, lighter, and more you.
Note on arriving late:
I allow a 5–7 minute settling-in window at the start. After that, the space closes to new arrivals (especially if I don't recognize your name) to honor the group’s focus. Thank you for respecting the container and everyone present.
I see you.
I celebrate you.

•OnlineHow We Relate: Object Relations Triads
OnlineShort Description: The Enneagram’s Object Relations triads show three ways we relate to others to get our needs met. We will look at how each type expresses its pattern and reflect on how they show up in us.
From the time we are born, we all have needs for belonging, protection, and care, and we look to others to meet those needs. Object Relations theory shows us how the patterns that start as infants continue through life, shaping how we relate to others in our lives.
In this Intentional Living Circle, we will explore the Object Relations Triads to see type patterns when it comes to Object Relations. Each triad has a distinct way of relating to the “other” in order to get a key need met. We will examine how each type within a triad expresses its core relational dynamic and how these patterns influence connection and expectation.
We will reflect on how these approaches show up in us and how they shape the roles we give to ourselves and others. The session invites us to grow our awareness of the ways we protect ourselves, the ways we idealize others, and the ways we merge with or pull away from them. By seeing these patterns more clearly, we open space for choice and deeper understanding.
This is the second of a two-part series on Object Relations. Each workshop stands on its own, and you do not need to attend both.
