Having lived on three continents and toured the world as a professional flamenco dancer, she brings both a global outlook and an embodied sense of rhythm to her work — helping others relax, restore balance, and reconnect with their true selves.

Misha is a mindfulness teacher, coach, and founder of Tokyo Mindfulness. He guides individuals and groups through meditation journeys that blend mindfulness, psychology, and self-inquiry. His approach helps people meet their inner world with curiosity and compassion, turning awareness into insight and presence.
