Deep Work - In The Groove

THEME
At this Deep Work lunch we'll explore how to rise above the noise, notifications and neurotic pace, and slip into a FLOW STATE where all the magic happens.

"In The Groove" invites us to dance with our work instead of wrestling with it, to let the muse whisper its inspiration and allow work to feel like we are coming home to ourselves.

TIMING
*Please arrive by 12:00PM for a 12:10PM start.

The event will conclude at 1:45PM.

SETUP
You will be seated in small groups of about 5 people. We encourage you to sit with people that you don't yet know. :)

TICKETS
We have 3 ticket options:

• Early Bird Tickets - $25 (includes lunch, available up to 7 days before the event)
• Standard Tickets - $30 (includes lunch)
• Discounted Tickets - $10 (excludes lunch, use the promo code NOTLUNCHING)

For all tickets, we're happy to provide full refunds for any cancellations received with 48+ hours notice.

LUNCH
Breaking bread together creates the perfect foundation for meaningful connection and conversation.

We will be serving an assortment of hearty bagels (including a vegetarian selection) and soft drinks.

Please let us know if you have any dietaries and we will do our best to accomodate.

PROGRAM
As the food arrives, through carefully selected quotes and interactive discussions, we will:

• Explore what pulls us out of flow and how to create the conditions where deep work naturally emerges
• Share stories, laughter and insights about our own experiences with finding rhythm, losing ourselves in meaningful work, and those magical moments when time disappears
• Create casual and fun art that captures our personal vision of what "being in the groove" looks and feels like
• Develop practical ideas for designing our work environment and daily practices to invite more flow, inspiration, and soulful productivity
