Alcove House Trail (Bandelier)
Details
For this hike, we will be heading to Bandelier National Monument. The hike itself is 2.6 miles and takes over an hour to complete. But we will spend more time there due to the amazing cliff dwellings we will have access to. There are also ladders to climb into the cavates. And unfortunately, dogs are not allowed on this trail.
As usual please prepare by bringing plenty of water and snacks.
This will be a carpool event. This will also be an event that starts at 8. I would like to be there by 10 to avoid most of the crowds. There is a fee per car, $25 per vehicle. I have an America the Beautiful Parks Pass, so please bring yours for free entrance into the park.
