It's very easy to imagine that if people have clarity on their roles and are sufficiently skilled that out teams will be successful. And yet there are many psychological, attitudinal and behavioural issues that occur within
teams that often prevent results being maximized - or just prevent them from being achieved at all!

Leaders need a facility to be able to quickly, effectively, respectfully and directly address issues with their team members to promote great performance, create trust and therefore achieve great results.

Yet most leaders report that they struggle with having the tough conversations with their teams.

This lunch and learn will focus on some of the key mindsets and skills that you need in order to prepare for prepare for and conduct great conversations with your team.

A bit about Simon:
Simon has been helping organisations and individuals to build their leadership, sales and customer service strength for nearly twenty years. Proven results, a client focus, and a love of learning enables him to deliver tailored, nuanced and effective end-to-end solutions, from
consultation, facilitation and design through to delivering training and coaching.

Simon’s background in psychology and coaching enables him to think critically and to design learning programs based on evidence; his performance background enables him to communicate persuasively and deliver strongly in the room; his business experience enables
him to adapt to difference contexts quickly, draw key stakeholders together to align direction with a view to creating a leadership, team performance and sales architecture that delivers bottom line results
He has worked across all sectors, from financial services to manufacturing, with some of Australia’s (and the world’s) biggest brands, delivering solutions around Australia, Asia Pacific, Europe and the USA.
