Military Expo (MILEX) - September 20, 2025 - MACWPA | Military Affairs Council

The Military Affairs Council of Western Pennsylvania is hosting an event that will showcase military service members and their equipment to the local communities.

MIL EXPO 2025 or America’s Sea, Air, Land, and Space Military Exposition will be an open house featuring static displays of military units’ capabilities.

This event will serve to honor service members and explore the fascinating world of military history and technology.

This is a unique opportunity to connect with our military community, learn about their contributions, and enjoy a fun-filled day with something for everyone!

Volunteer Info

Volunteer show time is 8:45 - safety briefing begins at 9:00 am

Volunteers should expect a full day, 9 am to 4 pm

Volunteers needed for:

• Setup
• Direct traffic
• Help with security
• Help different agencies with different tasks
• Help keep the area clean
• Tear down
• and other tasks that might come up

A minimum of 50 volunteers that can commit for the hours 8:30am to 4pm on Sept 20, 2025.
