This is a group for anyone interested in healthy VEGAN food, preventative healing and healthy lifestyle. It is about bringing together like minded people and sharing some amazing food and experiences. We organize different events, like picnics, indoor food feasts, dinners, movie nights, educational workshops, work-outs and other social events that bring vegans together.

WHOLE BODY WORKOUT - USE IT, OR LOSE IT.

We would like to encourage everyone to live a sustainable healthy and active lifestyle that will help them look good and keep them disease free. As we are all about educating and helping others getting their health back on track or get it to its optimal level, we are opening some free places for those who might want to stretch, sweat and gain some muscles while training with us. Sessions are every Monday at 11am. We meet at 10.50am for 11am start. Hope that you can understand, that we are not able to pick up those who are late, as we are too busy running a workout and sweating at the same time. So be on time, or join us next time. The session is free, fun and comprises full body workout. It is a combination of cardio and strength routine using body weight exercises and sometimes weights, balls or straps. Workout is suitable for all fitness levels. We do 40min of sweating and 15 min of stretching and meditation at the end. All you need to bring is water bottle, sweat towel and an optional $5 for a post workout nutrition smoothie to maximize your workout results. We provide cups but for those that like to save the environment, they are welcome to bring their own cup. (Go, zero waste! :) )
