Introduction to Snowshoeing
Details
NOTE: This presentation will be both in person and via Zoom. Additional information is at the end of the post.
What started thousands of years ago as a mode of transportation has evolved into a great way to get out and enjoy the winter. Relatively inexpensive and easy to learn, snowshoeing offers an invigorating cardio workout for people of all ages and fitness levels. Join us and learn more about it. I’ll also bring the snowshoes that I have for people to look at, and if you have a pair of snowshoes you like, please bring them along to show them off.
