Connect. Work. Share Ideas. Enjoy Lunch Together!
Running a business can feel lonely, especially when you're working from home or trying to grow your ideas around everything else life demands.

Join us each week for a relaxed co-working lunch designed for women aged 40 and over who enjoy connecting with other women in business, exploring new ideas, or simply having a welcoming place to work alongside like-minded people.

Whether you're launching a business, growing an existing one, changing careers, working on a creative project, or looking for fresh inspiration, you're welcome to bring your laptop, notebook or ideas and spend a few productive hours in great company.

This event isn't a formal networking event. There are no sales pitches, presentations or pressure. It's a friendly community where women can work, connect and encourage one another.

What We'll Do
During the session, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Work on your own business or personal project in a relaxed environment.
  • Meet other local women through informal introductions and conversation.
  • Share ideas, experiences and practical tips that have helped you along your own journey.
  • Enjoy lunch together while supporting local restaurants by ordering food for delivery to The Green Space.
  • Finish the session by identifying one small action you'd like to complete before next week.

Who Is This For?
This event is suitable for women aged 40+ who are:

  • Running or starting a business.
  • Working from home or building a side business.
  • Exploring a new career, business or creative idea.
  • Looking to meet supportive local women.
  • Wanting a regular place to stay motivated and productive.

You don't need to own a successful business or have everything figured out. Many women attend on their own and enjoy meeting new people.

Lunch
We'll order lunch from nearby local restaurants and enjoy eating together at The Green Space.
Food and drinks are purchased individually, so you can choose whatever suits your preferences and budget.

What to Bring

  • Laptop, tablet or notebook (optional)
  • Business cards if you use them (optional)
  • A positive attitude and willingness to meet new people
