PVSP - Orange Grove area, six miles, 700' gain, T*U*E*S*D*A*Y
Details
We haven't done this hike in almost a year. The total distance will be about six miles (2 1/4 mph walking speed) with a snack break) and about 700 ft of elevation gain/loss. Stream crossings are modest.
Please don't sign up for this hike unless you've done a similar hike recently.
Be prepared for rocky and rooty trails and copious mud. Sturdy waterproof hiking boots are HIGHLY recommended as it's quite rocky particularly at the beginning.
We'll will have an optional, social, trailside brown bag lunch after the hike, but we'll be close to Daniel's in Elkridge if there's any interest. Past hikers give Daniel's high marks for good food and reasonable prices but if you want fancy, well, it's a hiker/biker bar.
By registering for this hike, you agree to the following waiver of liability:

As of now (Saturday morning) we're expecting unseasonably warm temps with gusty winds.
There is a modest fee to enter the park so bring your pass if you have one. There is no water in the park (other than the river and you don't want to drink that).
