This year, since corned beef is very expensive, here is a list of the food items we will need. Also this prevents us from being inundated with chips and cookies.
Shoprite has a great deal on corned beef the week before.
List of needed items:
Christine- Corned beef n Cabbage
Kirsten- Corned beef n cabbage
Jack- Corned beef n cabbage
Sam- Shepherd's Pie
Joanne- Shepherd's Pie
Anonymous- Irish stew
Dave B- homemade Irish Soda bread
Richard- Scalloped Potatoes, Sour cream, juice
Cindy- cabbage, Irish Soda bread
Sarah- homemade potato salad
Alan- juice
After you post what you will bring, you will be moved to the going list.
We'll burn it all off with some Irish dancing!
