Unwind your weekend with Yoga & Brunch in the park—flow through an invigorating practice, then linger over a girls’ brunch to connect, laugh, and refuel.
We’ll gather at 11AM at Jardim da Estrela.

Bring your own yoga mat. After we move through gentle flows and breathwork, we’ll head to a nearby brunch place for a relaxed brunch with all the cozy vibes.

About the yoga teacher
I am Teodora, certified and trauma-informed teacher in Traditional Yoga and Yin Yoga. My experience with Yoga started 12 years ago when I discovered the physical benefits of Hatha Yoga, which made me want to go deeper into exploring also from an energetic and spiritual viewpoint. Later on, I developed my own teaching practice with students and young professionals in both Sweden and Portugal and the journey has been developing since then. At the moment, I am sharing classes in Lisbon and Sintra, both online and in person.

If you are like me who like brunching on Sunday with friends, meeting new people and trying new brunch place in town, then this event is for YOU!

We’ll have delicious food, great conversations, and plenty of laughter. Whether you're new in town or just looking to expand your social circle, this is the perfect opportunity to meet girls from the club and create lasting friendships.

The brunch will start at 12:30PM but if you want to join us earlier for a yoga session, you are welcome!
