The Slow Cowork + Mastermind session stands as a signature event for NGC. It's not merely about wrapping up our week with a concise coworking session lasting 1h30.
It's an opportunity for each of us to showcase our accomplishments, navigate through challenges together, and extend support to other girls through engaging mini-games.
Example of game (we are changing every week):
- Tell 3 things about your week and one of them is a lie. The other participants have to ask questions about your week to find out the truth.
- Bingo questions about your week/personal life
- Write down 2 things you know how to do and 1 thing you need help with.

HOW TO GET THERE
You can easily catch the 10-min ferry from Cais Do Sodre to Cacilhas, and I will be waiting on the other side where we'll walk together.
I recommend catching the 19h ferry, if you can. If you can't make it at that time, I'll share our location, and you can meet us there 🫶🏼
WHAT TO BRING
Blanket, snacks, wine/non-alcoholic beverages to share. I'll bring glasses, wine and snacks too.

------WHAT'S A GIRL CIRCLE?
A girls' circle is supportive and inclusive group for girls providing a space where we can come together to share experiences, discuss a specific topics, and support each other in a safe and non-judgmental environment. Each month, we have different topics!
ABOUT THE FACILITATOR CAROLINA - movement coach, dancer and yogini
She’s a cacao lover, moon seeker and cat speaker; her balance in life is found between being in nature and thriving through the city lifestyle.
After a BA and an MA specialized in Dance, she went towards a Holistic movement approach specializing in other practices as Yoga and Barre.All of her movement practices became a way of connecting, reflecting and expressing both inner and outer states of the self in a a sense of renewal, self-discovery and creative energy.
At the moment, she finds herself in a beautiful journey towards the connection between feminine energy and Women’’s gatherings, as a way of holding space for support, inclusion, expression and community.

Monday Girls Cowork is for you if you want to connect with other girls and work at the same time. This event is not completely a social event, nor a completely solitary work session, but a bit of both.
✱ Format: Each work session lasts 45 minutes and you will have 15-25 minutes of break.
✱ Break Circle: Every Monday, one member will choose one topic (weekly topic) and during our cowork session, we'll chat about stuff like imposter syndrome, trust, fear, you name it! It's all about sharing experiences and supporting each other throughout the week.
NGC isn't just about fun hangouts; it's about boosting each other up in our own journeys as women. Can't wait to dive into these discussions with you all!
