Hello girls!!

One of NGC's missions is to empower communities led by women in Lisbon, and I am thrilled to announce our new collaboration with Caza, a fitness trainer with 15 years of experience.

Join us for an exhilarating workout that will leave you energized to enjoy the rest of your Saturday! Whether you're a dedicated gym-goer, an athlete, or just starting your fitness journey, this is the perfect fit for you! (Modifications and progressions will be available).

Caza hosts monthly fitness events in Estrela on Saturdays as part of the "Lisbon and Cascais Fitness Social" group.

The group is diverse, but don't worry, you'll also connect with other girls as Caza ensures everyone feels comfortable.

ABOUT CAZA

Originally from Connecticut, USA, and having relocated to Lisbon this past November, she is passionate about fitness and living a healthy lifestyle. Caza enjoys outdoor adventures, traveling, beach days, and sunsets!

With 15 years of experience as a fitness professional, get ready to work up a sweat and be challenged!

WHAT TO BRING

Please wear sneakers and bring a water bottle.

*If you have a yoga/fitness mat, PLEASE bring it. If you do not have one, that is absolutely ok, PLEASE bring a towel.

Hello girls!

Sunday is the perfect day to relax and to tap into your creative side, so let's meet for a nice watercolor session under the sun! 🎨 Let's paint something we want to do this summer, a sweet memory or anything else you fancy.

This event will be devided in 2 parts:

(Part 1) May 5: Dive into the fundamentals as we explore sketching your artwork, mastering brush techniques, understanding color theory, managing water, and delving into basic painting techniques.

(Part 2) May 19: In the second part, we'll take your skills to the next level by focusing on creating captivating canvases. Whether it's painting flowers, landscapes, or any other subject, you'll learn the techniques to bring your vision to life on paper.

ABOUT EMELIE THE ARTIST

Since she was old enough to hold a pen she has loved creating art in different forms, from makeup to graphic design, to traditional painting. She find inspiration in the divine feminine, nature, and the mysterious and spiritual.

For her art is a form of meditation that allows for harmony and a piece of mind, as well as a journey of self-reflection.

Other than art she loves spending time in nature, adventures, oceanswimming and sunbathing. She believes that nature is a perfect space to find inspiration and calm the mind. As a travel lover, she always wants to explore a new place and still isn't sure where she will be living in the future.

At the moment she is on a journey towards freelancing as a graphic designer and balancing traveling with family-time and work.

Planning of the day:

10:30 - 11:00: Welcome and set up for the potluck brunch
11:00 - 12:00: Brunch and connect with other girls
12:00 - 13:30: Let's paint

Feel free to bring some snacks or refreshments of your taste, and if you have a picnic blanket take it with you as well so we all have something to sit on 🌼🍃

✱ Monday Girls Cowork is for you if you want to connect with other girls and work at the same time. This event is not completely a social event, nor a completely solitary work session, but a bit of both.

✱ Each work session lasts 45 minutes ans you will have 15 minutes of break.

✱ During the 15-minute break, we'll prepare a little fun game so you can connect with each other, or we'll take a mindfulness break (meditation, yoga, etc.).

✱ This event is for you if you're looking for an accountability group, connect with other girls while working and be part of a girls' network.

► WHAT'S THE NGC MASTERMIND?

The Slow Cowork + Mastermind session stands as a signature event for NGC. It's not merely about wrapping up our week with a concise coworking session lasting 1h30.

It's an opportunity for each of us to showcase our accomplishments, navigate through challenges together, and extend support to other girls through engaging mini-games.

Example of game (we are changing every week):

- Tell 3 things about your week and one of them is a lie. The other participants have to ask questions about your week to find out the truth.
- Bingo questions about your week/personal life
- Write down 2 things you know how to do and 1 thing you need help with.
etc.
