7:00-7:15PM : Welcome tea, snacks
7:15PM : Starting the Women's circle (ice breaking, set the intention, breathwork, etc.)
7:15-9:00PM: Sharing Circle
9PM: Tarot reading, ask one question & receive some answers from the Universe. Julia (tarotist) will help you to understand it
9h45-10PM: Closing Circle

Unwind your weekend with Yoga & Brunch with view —flow through an invigorating practice, then linger over a girls’ brunch to connect, laugh, and refuel.

We’ll gather at 10AM at Jardim do Torrel (on the top with a super nice view)

After we move through gentle flows and breathwork, we’ll head to a nearby brunch place for a relaxed brunch with all the cozy vibes.

About the yoga teacher - Teodora

I am Teodora, certified and trauma-informed teacher in Traditional Yoga and Yin Yoga. My experience with Yoga started 12 years ago when I discovered the physical benefits of Hatha Yoga, which made me want to go deeper into exploring also from an energetic and spiritual viewpoint. Later on, I developed my own teaching practice with students and young professionals in both Sweden and Portugal and the journey has been developing since then. At the moment, I am sharing classes in Lisbon and Sintra, both online and in person.
