🌿 HIKE CABO DA ROCA TO URSA BEACH
In honor of World Mental Health Day
At Nomad Girls Club, we believe that the most powerful medicine for the mind is found in two simple things: real connection and the healing embrace of nature.
Join us for a rejuvenating hike along one of Portugal’s most breathtaking coastal trails — from the dramatic cliffs of Cabo da Roca, the westernmost point of Europe, to the hidden gem of Ursa Beach.
This mindful journey is more than just a hike; it’s a chance to walk side by side, share conversations, and remind ourselves that we’re not meant to do life alone.
Our journey together:
● 9AM - Meet us at 9AM Cascais Station & We will take the bus at 9h15AM together to Cabo da Roca, the westernmost point of Europe.
● 9h45- 10AM - From there, we’ll hike along the breathtaking trail down to Praia da Ursa, one of the most magical and wild beaches in Portugal.
● 12h30PM - Return to Cabo da Roca
● Ending Point: Praia da Ursa (round trip back to Cabo da Roca)
● Trail Distance: approx. 1.5 – 2 km each way
Along the way, there will be plenty of space for connection, sharing stories, and enjoying the power of walking and talking together.

- Comfortable hiking shoes
- Water (at least 1 liter)
- Snacks or a light picnic
- Sunscreen & hat
- Swimsuit & towel (optional, if you want to swim)
