Designed for women and teens ages 13 and up, this class offers a safe and supportive space to build confidence and train at your own pace with trusted partners.
No experience or special gear required -- just wear comfortable workout clothes and be ready to move!
About the class instructor:
This class is taught by Eva K.
Eva is a black belt under Professor Pedro Sauer and has been studying Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for over ten years.
Eva teaches both the kids and adult classes, including the women's Jiu-Jitsu program, at One Spirit Martial Arts (OSMA) in Herndon, VA.
