We train at One Spirit Martial Arts (OSMA) in Herndon, VA, and serve students of all ages -- from kids to adults throughout Northern Virginia including Herndon, Reston, Oakton, Vienna, Chantilly, Tysons Corner, McLean, Ashburn and surrounding cities.
Our training includes:
- Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ, both Gi and No-Gi) and Submission Grappling including a variety of ground fighting disciplines such as Gracie Jiujitsu, Catch Wrestling, Wrestling, and Judo π₯

Instruction takes place under the lineage of Pedro Sauer, an 8th-degree BJJ black belt recognized worldwide for technical precision and decades of teaching experience.

Join us for a special Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) seminar with Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) veteran and highly respected coach Jeff Curran.
This is a great opportunity to learn directly from an experienced competitor and instructor who has spent decades refining his approach to both submission grappling and Mixed Martial Arts (MMA).
Jeff is known for his clear, practical instruction and his ability to break down techniques that work under real pressure.

Evening Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Gi Training in Herndon, VA π₯

No experience is required -- new students and first-timers are genuinely welcome.
Classes focus on practical, real-world fundamentals taught in a safe, technical, and highly supportive environment.
Youβll learn how to escape common holds, apply effective submissions, and understand live positional strategy -- the same leverage-based system used in modern BJJ and Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), adapted for everyday people.
This gi class takes place every Monday and Wednesday and includes one hour of guided instruction followed by one hour of optional open training (live rounds, drilling, review, and research).
Gis are available if you need one.
Drop-in fee for non-members is $20 and can be paid on-site.

Youth Evening Muay Thai (Kickboxing) Training in Herndon, VA π₯
One Spirit Martial Arts, 510 Spring Street, Suite 130, Herndon, VA, USJoin us for Youth Muay Thai kickboxing at OSMA in Herndon, VA: an energetic evening class focused on striking techniques, conditioning, and controlled sparring. π₯
This youth class is appropriate for kids 6 to 15 years of age and combines technical instruction, pad work, partner drills, and cardio training to build real-world skill and endurance in a safe, structured setting.
Beginners and experienced students alike will learn how to apply the principles of Muay Thai: The Art Of Eight Limbs, through precise strikes, timing, and defense.
Classes take place every Tuesday and Thursday starting at 5:10 PM and ends at 6:00 PM.
A free seven-day trial is available for non-members.

Advanced Jiu-Jitsu (no gi) at One Spirit Martial Arts in Herndon
One Spirit Martial Arts, 510 Spring Street, Suite 130, Herndon, VA, USThis no gi class focuses on advanced Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) concepts, including takedowns, positional drilling, submissions, transitions, situational sparring, strategy development, and live training.
While the class is scheduled for 90 minutes, it may run longer depending on content and participation.
This class includes both instruction as well as rolling (sparring).
The drop-in fee for non-members is $20, payable on-site and note that we are in suite #130.
