Adyrae will guide you through ceremonial breathwork rooted in pranayama and the Peruvian medicine wheel. Blending Reiki and Healing Touch, she weaves together breath, energy, and intention to reconnect you with your soul-where your truth and healing reside.
Laurie, a sound healer and student of the School of Metaphysics, will offer a meditative sound experience using alchemy singing bowls, drum, flute, tuning forks, and voice to support deep relaxation, clarity, and inner alignment.
