Step away from the noise and into a slower rhythm of life in the mountains of Oman. Join us for a 4-day retreat in Al Hamra, one of Oman’s oldest heritage villages, where simplicity, silence, and natural beauty open the door to deeper presence.

Our home for the retreat is Bait Al Aali, a lovingly restored traditional Omani house made of mud, stone, and memory. With its carved wooden doors, peaceful courtyards, and rooftop views of the mountains, this space invites you to soften, settle, and simply be.

🛏 Accommodation
Because this is an authentic village home, all accommodation is on a twin-sharing basis (2 people per room).
If you're joining with a friend or partner, you’re welcome to room together.
If you're coming solo, we’ll do our best to pair you with a same-gender roommate.

🌿 What You’ll Experience
🛏 Stay in a traditional Omani heritage home in Al Hamra’s old village for 3 nights & 4 days
🧘‍♀️ Daily yoga & meditation to reconnect with your body, breath, and presence
🌾 Silent walks through local farms to reconnect with the land and your senses
🕌 A scenic walk through Misfat Al Abreyeen, a stunning mountainside village
🍽 A traditional lunch in a heritage home in Misfat old house
🥾 A full-day Balcony Walk hike in Jebel Shams, Oman’s “Grand Canyon,” with breathtaking cliffside views
🔥 Starry gatherings on ancient terrace for sharing, music, and heartfelt community
🚌 Travel as a group from Abu Dhabi in a private bus — for ease and connection

You don’t need to be “experienced” in yoga or hiking — just open to slowing down, showing up, and softening into the journey.
