Open Circle is for people who are open minded, eager to learn and unlearn. Open Circle is an effort to bring well being to the modern individual; physically, mentally and emotionally. Open Circle facilitates and promotes events/activities which enable this cause.

Currently we offer:

• Group yoga classes

• Private yoga classes

• Meditation classes

We are specialized in

• Yoga for Every-Body; modified postures to suit different body types

• Yoga for stress relief, relaxation and deep rest

• Emphasis on correct alignment, posture correction, healing aches and pains

• Techniques to deal with excessive thinking & anxiety

• Practicing mindfulness with mediation

• Conscious breathing techniques - pranayama

Being physically strong doesn’t mean we are emotionally strong!
We need to grow not just the physical muscles but also out emotional muscles.
We need to be able face our fears, deal with disappointments, hold space for those who are depressed and sad. We need to be brave enough to deal with tears, show our vulnerability.
Yoga when practiced in the right spirit helps us to grow physical as well as emotional muscles.

This is a three-part series designed to re-establish physical and mental connection. In this practice we handpick asanas/poses that focus on specific muscle groups that support the following:

1. Core & Shoulders
2. Hips & Legs
3. Spine Series
