Spark & Flow is a weekly ONLINE drop-in poetry workshop designed for anyone who loves words and poetry—or simply wants to explore them more.

Whether you’re an accomplished poet or have never written a poem before, you’ll find inspiration and encouragement here.

We'll begin each session reading and talking about three different poems. Then use the imagery, inspiration and emotions we've uncovered to create our own work - using writing prompts.

It's a safe, judgement-free zone. Where you share as much as you want - a little or a lot.

No experience required, no rules to follow - just curiosity, connection, and the joy of seeing where your words can take you.

Facilitated by the fabulous Gretchen Wirges. Gretchen happily accepts optional donations for her facilitation—never expected, always appreciated.
