Lemon Trail, Fairmount and Art Musuem area; 6ish miles with social after

**Meet at 6pm with 6:15pm SHARP departure**

Time for another summertime in the city hike ! This time the hike will be a combo consisting of some trails and city streets. We will begin by exploring the Lemon trail along Kelly Drive with a stop above the Bouldering Wall on Kelly Drive to take in a quick view of the city. We will circle back through Fairmount Park and then over to Fairmount neighborhood before completing our loop on the Art Museum Steps. Yes, as always, I am sure there will be a little competition to see who makes it to the top first! There will be several points of interest including the following:

• Eastern State Penitentuary
• Bascilla of Peter and Paul (maybe a peak inside)
• Logans Square
• Eakins Oval
• Art Museum steps
• Many more....:)

After the hike we will go to a nearby establishment in Fairmount for some food and spirits.

GEAR REQUIRED:
1- Proper footwear for combo hike: some trails and streets
2- Appropriate clothing for conditions
3- WATER or other source of hydration; snacks as needed

PARKING AND MEETING LOCATION: We will be meeting at end of Boathouse Row on Kelly Drive outside of Lloyd Hall. Across from bathrooms near the benches. Street parking can be found on Sedgley Drive or over on Pennsylvania Ave. DO NOT LEAVE VALUABLES IN CAR OR ANYTHING IN SIGHT. DO NOT PARK IN LOT NEXT TO MEETING SPOT AS THAT IS TIMED PARKING (WON'T BE BACK IN TIME)
