Description:
Newly designed route and area for this weeks Wednesday night hike. Mixing it up once again to enjoy the streets of two quaint suburban Phila neighborhoods: ARDMORE AND NARBERTH! This is not a beginner hike as we keep a nice pace and don't stop. However, this is NOT one of my intense hikes and it IS designed for you to come out for some excellent comradery while getting some exercise on a summer night.
GEAR REQUIRED:
1- Proper footwear-sneakers or comfortable walking shoes
2- Appropriate clothing for conditions
3- WATER or other source of hydration; food/snacks as needed
4- Electrolytes and bug spray if desired
WEATHER: Storms cancel and it will be rescheduled.
PARKING AND MEETING LOCATION: Parking can be tricky in this area. There is a parking garage on Cricket Ave in Ardmore- entrance is just off Cricket Ave. Name of garage is One Ardmore Place Public Parking. Check signs for payment info. It is very reasonable and last time I was there it was free after 6pm. See Meetup PIN for exact location. We will meet at the corner of Cricket Ave and Cricket Terrace right outside of garage.
Post Hike Celebration: McCloskeys Bar and all are always welcome!
