Details
Starting at the lovely Masons Falls Picnic Area it is a short 700m walk to the Masons Falls viewing platform. lovely at all times of year it can be particularly impressive after a large fall of rain. From Masons Falls the walk follows the Running Creek track along Running Creek before leaving the creek and climbing to the Mount Sugarloaf lookout.
On a clear day the view reaches all the way to Melbourne and can be quite impressive.
From.here the walk gets easier for a while then (quite a bit)tougher, the final climb to the falls is a bit of a killer.
13.7km in total with some steep climbs so please keep that in mind when you RSVP
