Hartington, Pilsbury Castle, Longnor and Manifold Valley

This 10.5 mile walk starts in the pretty village of Hartington, following the River Dove past Pilsbury Hill and Castle out to Longnor. Here you will have some time for lunch and to look around if you wish.
We will head back to Hartington via the Manifold Valley. Depending upon when we finish, there should be time for a drink at one of the pubs in or around Hartington. Sections of the walk may be muddy and so boots are highly recommended.
Do bring plenty of snacks and drinks and a lunch packup.

Well behaved dogs are welcome but must be put on a lead near to livestock and should not bark or jump up incessantly.
