Join us for the 57th Annual Harambee Ujima Black Arts Festival, a powerful celebration of Black excellence, creativity, and unity in the heart of Pittsburgh's Homewood neighborhood. This vibrant 2-day street festival honors African heritage, community collaboration, and artistic expression through:

This year’s theme is “Rooted in Culture, Rising in Unity" and rooted in the Swahili principles of "Harambee" (pulling together) and "Ujima" (collective work and responsibility), this annual festival showcases the richness of Black artistic expression and fosters economic empowerment. Whether you’re an artist, vendor, volunteer, or supporter—there’s a place for you at Harambee Ujima.
