What we’re about
ProductTank provides an opportunity for Product Managers in Lausanne to exchange ideas and experiences about Product Design, Development and Management, Business Modelling, Metrics, User Experience and all the other things that get us excited.
Events include talks from guest speakers on topics around product management, networking opportunities, and a good old-fashioned chin-wag over a beer or two.
We're open to companies big and small. We also welcome early-stage technology businesses looking to learn how to get their ideas off the ground.

Elena is a Product Owner at OCSIN, where she develops digital tools for the Canton of Geneva. She currently leads the development of a platform for the debt enforcement office, improving services for both users and administrators. With experience guiding cross-functional teams in complex corporate environments, she specializes in designing and launching products that scale effectively inside organizations and outward to the public. At this meetup, Elena will share insights on leading product discovery within public administration.7:10 PM - Talk 2: Jerome Mottas - "Product Velocity vs. Product Value: The Nike-IKEA Paradox Swiss Products Must Solve"
Jerome has spent the last decade building products at companies like IKEA, Nike, and Salomon, where he's now a Product Manager while also consulting through his firm Three Four Sà rl and One Point Group. His work spans multi-year digital transformations to 30-day global launches across Europe, the US, and Asia—some highly successful, others valuable lessons. Based in Lausanne, he's passionate about helping Swiss product teams adapt global best practices to our local context.
